Returns & Refunds
Not happy? We'll make it right. If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your rub, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM EST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after noon or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once it's on its way.

First, check around your porch, garage, or with neighbors — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If you still can't find it 24 hours after the delivery scan, contact us at [email protected] and we'll investigate and make it right.
We move fast! If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can usually make adjustments if the order hasn't been picked yet, but we can't guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.
Yes! We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. For APO/FPO addresses (military), please select standard shipping and allow extra time for delivery. We appreciate our service members and are honored to send them some backyard flavor.
